Adverbs tell about how the way someone does something. Adverbs usually use +ly in the end. Adverbs also modify adjective or other adverbs. For example : Dangerously, horribly, easily, carefully, and etc.
Moreover, there are many types of adverb such as adverb of manner, degree, frequency, time, and place as follows:
1. Adverbs of manner
Adverbs of manner tell about how something happens. They are usually placed either after the main verb or after the object. For example : quickly, happily, and etc
2. Adverbs of degree
Adverbs of degree tell about the intensity of the verb in the sentence and they describe how much, or to what degree. For example: almost, enough, and etc
3. Adverbs of frequency
Adverbs of frequency tell about how often the verb occurs. For example: never, seldom
4. Adverbs of time
Adverbs of time use when the verb took place. For example: annually, weekly, and etc
5. Adverbs of place
Adverbs of place tell about where the verb took place. For example : at the office, in the school, and etc
