IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System, IELTS is an international test in English language skills held by the University of Cambridge, the British Council and the IDP Educational Australia. IELTS was founded in 1989
For most of students or people in Palembang IELTS is a new thing, so further information about it is really needed
IELTS has two diffrent version
- Academic Version
- General Training Version
IELTS scores are between 0 to 9

IELTS has 4 skills test
- Listening
It has 40 questions in 40 minutes
- Reading
The participant has to do 40 questions in 60 minutes
- Writing
It has 2 questions in 60 minutes
- Speaking
The test takes around 10 to 15 minutes
so the total time needed to do the IELTS test is 2 hours and 45 minutes. Listening, Reading, Writing is done on a day at a time without breaks, while Speaking can be done on the same day or seven days before or after the IELTS test is conducted.
